We are looking for a Brand Engagement Coordinator for our growing team in Melbourne. In this role, you will directly manage and build relationships with brand partners, affiliate networks and PR and Marketing agencies internationally.


We’re a fast-growing, globally-minded startup with a passion for helping fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands sell more product and build stronger relationships with influencers who are aligned to their brand. Our purpose is to help brands meet their influencer marketing objectives with a focus on transparency and conversion metrics.

You will be working closely with the team, managing the acquisition sales cycle and working to renew and grow our client base across the Fashion, Lifestyle and Beauty retailers as well as exploring opportunities to expand into new verticals.

The position includes lots of exciting opportunities to attend conferences and represent our company both overseas and interstate and will involve a mix of online demo’s, training sessions, face to face visits.


You’re a detail-oriented professional who is incredibly organised with with a passion for implementing systems and processes in a fast-paced environment. You love establishing and growing brand relationships and you are an excellent communicator.


  • Responsible for the end-to-end management of brands and strategic partnerships
  • Providing exceptional client service to brands, agencies and our affiliate partners
  • Identify and recruit new brands, agencies and strategic partnerships through the use of our existing relationships with our Affiliate Networks as well as exploring new opportunities to grow.
  • Responsible for the onboarding of new brands, agencies and strategic partners
  • Proactively identify upcoming sales periods and create marketing collateral to increase campaigns and sales
  • Nurturing potential prospects with collateral and marketing materials
  • Effectively communicate value propositions to stakeholders to book web-based demos for account executives
  • Running demos with account executives, PR agencies and brand managers.

  • Previous sales experience managing brand or retailer relationships
  • Ability to manage and prioritize against conflicting deadlines
  • Ability to implement structure and manage stakeholders without direction
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident to present to brands, agencies and strategic partners
  • Strong time management and scheduling experience
  • 2+ years professional experience
  • Experience building marketing or sales collateral
  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • Previous affiliate experience an advantage
  • An interest or experience in Influencer Marketing, Fashion and Beauty an advantage
