3. HOW YOUR INFORMATION IS COLLECTED

  • 3.1 Most of the information we collect from you will be associated with your use, enquiry or dealings with us. We will only collect your personal information to administer your account and to provide the products and services you have requested from us. In particular, your information is likely to be collected as follows:
    • (a) Accounts: When you submit your details to open an account with us;
    • (b) Access: When you access us directly, where you may be required to provide us with details in order to obtain permission for such access. Success of a social media campaign (including media, reach and impressions) will be reported to a Brand where you have explicitly given permission to work with a Brand and provide data for reporting purposes. The information that is shared with Shopping Links is determined by Facebook and is available on their website.
    • (f) Google Analytics: When you enable demographics in your Google Analytics account and link your Google Analytics profile to your account on Shopping Links, we will receive data relating to your blog traffic and audience demographics. The data accessed by Shopping Links will be read only and will be used to promote and match your suitability as a content creator to Brand Collaboration opportunities. Success of a campaign will be reported to a Brand where you have explicitly given permission to work with a Brand and provide data for reporting. The information that is shared with Shopping Links is determined by and detailed in the User settings on the Google Analytics website.
  • 3.2 At Shopping Links, we will endeavour to ensure that you are always aware when your personal information (that is, information that can identify you) is being collected.

4 USE OF YOUR INFORMATION

  • 4.1 When you provide your details to us by opening an account on Shopping Links and/or link your social media account(s) with your profile, you will be able to fully access all the features of our Website such as finding collaborations with either Bloggers or Brands.
  • 4.2 We may also use your details to respond to any queries you send us, deliver to you timely updates regarding any changes we make to our Site, as well as send them to your chosen collaboration partner to make contact.
  • 4.3 We will otherwise use your personal details for reasonable business purposes so that we can better understand your needs and/or how we can improve our services. We will not use your information for any purpose that is not related to the services we provide to you.

5 DISCLOSING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

  • 5.1 We do not sell or rent your personal information, including your audience data to any other company, organisation or person. However in the case of applying for a Collaboration, limited personal information and your audience reach and demographics will be shared with the Brand to whom you are applying.
  • 5.2 We may also disclose non-personal information (that is, information that cannot personally identify you) to third party Brands who hold an account on our Website.
  • 5.3 Your personal information may be disclosed to a number of third parties, such as:

6 ACCURACY AND UPDATES OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

It is the responsibility of the third party website to inform you of their own privacy practices.

8 OPT IN OPT OUT

  • 8.1 At Shopping Links, we may send you regular emails including alerts for new products, features, enhancements, special offers, upgrade opportunities, contests, events of interest and one-off marketing promotions such as marketing information about us, our subsidiaries or selected business partners.
  • 8.2 However, it is our policy to only send you these emails if you have given us the permission to do so. 9 DEACTIVATION AND SUSPENSION OF YOUR ACCOUNT

If your account is not reactivated within four years (either by you or by us), we will archive the information you have provided to us and retain the information in the archives.
